Rosa Linda's

Tejon food co started as Rosa Linda's Mexican Cafe in Northwest Denver known as the Northside (Lo-Hi). For over 30 years the Aguirre family served our commmunity. known for award winning dishes; Rosalinda Aguirre feed the needy on Thanksgiving as thanks to the community for allowing us to stay open. In the span of 30 years Rosa Lindas Mexican cafe fed over 50k meals to Denvers needy.  Soon after we closed in 2016  Chef Oscar and his mom Rosalinda began to recreate her recipies without having the restaurant. In 2021 Tejon Food Co was launched and a rebranded Rosa Linda's Mexican Cafe (cuisine)
